-Committee Duties-

MESH:
Assess the situation of the home.
Determine the short-term and long-term goals of the new management company and keep the lodge
informed as to how the home is evolving.
Make recommendations to the Lodge on ways to improve the home, and on how we can best help the
situation in the long term.

MHCO:  
Assess the situation of the home.

them accomplish their goals.

Charity:
Be in communication with the membership committee and with the community at large, make
recommendations to the lodge on where our help is needed, weather it be financial help or otherwise.
Follow up on cases where the lodge has assisted and give a report on weather or not the situation has
improved or weather it may require further assistance.
Work with the membership committee to organize fundraisers.

Masonic Education:
Put together some form of Masonic Education for EVERY stated communication.
Procure guest speakers for special events and occasionally for our stated communications.
Help to promote our appendant bodies of the Scottish and York Rites, and Eastern Star. Keep the
members informed of special events in those bodies

Membership:
Be in communication with the members.
INCREASE attendance.
Work with the committee on charity to organize fundraisers, and open house programs. Create a
program to get us involved in the community and increase our visibility there.
Report on sick and distressed members.
